Infront Madrid is seeking a Contracts & Governance Manager to oversee commercial contracts and governance across multiple jurisdictions. You will develop standardized contract templates, ensure compliance, and advise stakeholders on contractual matters.
You will coordinate corporate governance across group entities, maintain records, organize board meetings, and support acquisitions and reorganizations with a close collaboration with Sales, Compliance, and Product teams.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Contracts & Governance Manager to manage commercial contracts and support corporate governance activities across multiple jurisdictions and group entities. The focus of this role is to ensure that corporate records, governance processes, and statutory obligations are maintained in a legally compliant, efficient, and consistent manner.
The person in this role will support the business by developing and maintaining legally sound, compliant, and standardized contractual frameworks, as well as advising internal stakeholders on contractual, commercial, and governance-related matters. The Contracts & Governance Manager will report to the Head of Commercial Legal Affairs.
