Innova IRV Microelectronics in Málaga, Spain, is seeking a Digital IC Design Lead Engineer to lead architecture, RTL design, integration and implementation of digital IPs for next-generation RISC-V SoC platforms. You will drive design quality, performance, power and schedule while guiding a team of Digital IC Design Engineers.

The role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, spanning specification through silicon bring-up, verification support, and product release.

Formación

• 7+ years in digital IC or ASIC design.
• Experience leading technical teams or as technical lead.
• Strong knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog RTL design.
• RISC-V processor or subsystem development experience.
• Experience with FPGA prototyping and hardware bring-up.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, RTL design and integration of digital IPs for RISC‑V SoCs.
• Drive verification strategies with the team to ensure functional coverage and first-pass silicon.
• Oversee RTL optimization, timing, power, and area targets across projects.
• Mentor and develop a team of Digital IC Design Engineers and conduct design reviews.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work to ensure silicon bring-up and product release readiness.
