Intellectual Capital Resources in Barcelona seeks a seasoned Physical Design Lead to drive RISC‑V IP projects from concept to GDS. You will lead a talented PD team, overseeing end‑to‑end flows and collaborating with cross‑functional groups to overcome timing, routing, and optimisation challenges.

The role offers growth as the company expands, with a focus on leadership, mentorship, and delivering robust PD solutions for high‑impact projects in Barcelona and beyond.

Formación

• Bachelor in Electronics or related field.
• Experience leading physical design teams.
• Knowledge of PD flow from netlist to GDS.
• Experience with logic synthesis, Conformal, STA, Place & Route.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the physical design team and oversee project execution.
• Oversee end-to-end PD flow from netlist to GDS, including floorplanning, power planning, placement & optimisation, CTS, routing, post-route optimisation, and DRC closure.
• Apply logic synthesis, Conformal, STA, and Place & Route in project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Support career progression and growth initiatives within the PD team.
