Job summary

Stark Future SL in Sant Boi de Llobregat is seeking a Ride & Experience Marketing Specialist to own the Demo Warrior Program, Experience Centers, and Stark Race Rewards. You will work closely with leaders in the Sports & Field Marketing team and travel occasionally to expand our global footprint.

• Manage and scale the Demo Warrior Program globally, including onboarding and training.

• Track, analyse and report on program performance to improve conversion.
• Manage program budgets and coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Free up the wider team to focus on events and brand collaborations by owning these programs.

The Role

As Ride & Experience Marketing Specialist in our Sports & Field Marketing team, you will own the programs that put Stark bikes in people’s hands: the Demo Warrior Program, our Experience Centers and Stark Race Rewards. These programs are built on strong human relationships and are ready to scale globally, and you will grow with them, with the potential to lead a team across territories in the future.

• Join a small, passionate team working directly with riders, partners and brand collaborators

• Own three global programs with real room to scale

• Work closely with the Sports & Field Marketing Director

• Fully on-site in Sant Boi de Llobregat, close to the product

• Occasional international travel (up to 4 trips a year, mostly Europe, possibly the USA)

What You’ll Do

• Manage and scale the Demo Warrior Program globally: onboarding, training and developing Demo Warriors, running global meetings and calls, and handling negotiations and contract signings

• Run and develop Stark's Experience Centers and the Stark Race Rewards program

• Support local demo activations in different markets

• Track, analyse and report on demo and Experience Center performance (using our Demo Warrior portal) to find where conversion falls short and what to change

• Manage program budgets and coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders

• Free up the wider team to focus on events and brand collaborations by taking ownership of these programs

What you will bring to Stark

• Experience managing budgets

• Professional English; additional languages are a plus

• Availability to work fully on-site in Sant Boi, with occasional travel
