Agmakina Group is seeking a data-driven Revenue Manager to lead pricing strategy across a multi-property portfolio in Bali. You will own the analytics, build rules in PriceLabs, and translate performance into actionable decisions that improve occupancy and ADR across dozens of listings.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in revenue management, deep PriceLabs expertise, strong Excel skills, and experience with Cloudbeds.

Formación

• 4+ years of proven experience in revenue management, pricing analytics, or OTA channel management.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in PriceLabs.
• Strong working knowledge of major OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com).
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with Channel Manager / PMS tools (Cloudbeds a plus).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize dynamic pricing strategies across the portfolio using PriceLabs.
• Monitor listings on OTAs and ensure pricing, availability, and content are aligned.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions.
• Track revenue metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy) and translate findings into actions.
• Build and maintain revenue performance reports for property owners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with property management and reservations teams to align pricing strategy.
• Identify underperforming listings and propose pricing or promotional actions.
• Support Cloudbeds configuration and troubleshooting related to rate and availability.
• Continuously test and refine pricing rules based on performance data.
