Agmakina Group in Bali seeks a data-driven Revenue Manager to own pricing strategy across a portfolio of properties. You will work hands-on in pricing tools, analyze market data, and translate insights into actions that drive occupancy and ADR across dozens of listings.

Formación

• 4+ years in revenue management or pricing analytics across multiple properties or portfolios.
• Experience with OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com) and channel management.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to own revenue strategy end-to-end and mentor others.
• Familiarity with pricing playbooks and testing pricing rules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pricing strategy across a multi-property portfolio using PriceLabs and other tools.
• Monitor listings on OTAs; ensure pricing, availability and content alignment.
• Analyze market trends, demand, and historical data to inform pricing decisions.
• Track ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pace and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain revenue performance reports for owners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with property management, reservations, and Channel Manager teams.
• Identify underperforming listings or dates and propose pricing actions.
• Support Cloudbeds configuration related to rate and availability distribution.
• Continuously test and refine pricing rules based on performance.
