Revenue Manager

We are looking for a Revenue Manager to look after part of the Kaimo hotel portfolio, as well as being part of the team that will bring Kaimo to the next level!

Kaimo is a Revenue Management Consultancy company, helping more than 70 properties in Europe to maximise their revenues. Our portfolio varies from independent hotels to international brands. And the type of accommodation goes from hostels to luxury boutique hotels, as well as resorts, urban hotels, franchised properties and apartments.

Responsibilities
  • Daily pick up analysis
  • Rates, restrictions and inventory management
  • Groups pricing and displacement analysis
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Daily/Monthly reporting and ad-hoc analysis and reporting
  • partners management
  • Competitor set analysis
  • RM related systems management (PMS, Channel Manager, IBE, RMS)
  • Client and partners communication
  • Client visits
Requirements
  • English mandatory. Other will be a plus
  • Microsoft Office – advanced level of Excel
  • Experience with configuration of PMS, RMS, Channel Managers, IBE is preferable
  • Marriott, IHG, Accor, Hilton systems knowledge will be a plus
  • Must be resident in Spain or able to relocate to Spain

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in finance or accounting who is ready to take the next step toward strategic financial planning and analysis in a dynamic, international SaaS environment. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting, supporting decision-making across the company.

The role is based in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. Infinni Innovations is proud to be part of the Canary Islands Special Economic Zone (ZEC Canarias), a hub for technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the financial planning process including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with variance and performance analysis.
  • Analyze key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC) and provide insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
  • Build and maintain financial dashboards and automate recurring reports.
  • Support board and investor reporting, scenario planning, and ad hoc analyses.
  • >Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance and resource allocation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles (preferably in a SaaS or tech company).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Experience with financial modeling and data visualization (Power BI, Looker, or similar tools).
  • Good understanding of subscription-based business models and SaaS KPIs.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information clearly.
