How will it be to work with us?

You’ll support the Revenue Management team in making sure we optimize revenue from our routes and projects.

Your day-to-day will include things like:

• Managing inventory by controlling seat allocation and price levels.
• Monitoring how flights and routes are performing and spotting opportunities for improvement.
• Daily reporting of the evolution of routes in charge.
• Supporting in setting prices and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Reviewing competitors and market trends to stay ahead.
• Sharing insights and ideas in team meetings to boost results.
• Helping track performance and following up on projects with management.

What will make you succeed in this position:

• A graduate in Economics, Business, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, or similar. Previous experience in Revenue Management is not needed but familiarity with the airline industry will be a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• High level of Excel and good knowledge of Ms Office.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow quickly.
• Organized and able to solve problems with creativity.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating and learning from others.
• Comfortable communicating in Spanish and English (any extra language is a plus)
