The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama is seeking a Spa Retreat Ambassador to exemplify warm, professional hospitality at our Retreat lounge. You will welcome guests, manage seating, and coordinate with culinary and service teams to deliver personalized experiences in a luxury setting.

Candidates should have hospitality or guest service experience, fluent English and Spanish, and the stamina to work long hours in a dynamic resort. Competitive salary and extensive employee benefits are offered.

Your Responsibilities Will Include…

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs and ensuring their comfort.
• Monitor seating availability and maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in the Retreat lounge.
• Prepare and serve beverages (hot, cold, and alcoholic) according to quality standards.
• Keep the bar area, furniture, and utensils clean and in excellent condition.
• Manage stock levels for ice, glassware, and supplies, communicating replenishment needs promptly.
• Coordinate special requests with the kitchen and other departments to deliver personalized service.
• Complete opening and closing duties, ensuring accurate documentation in departmental records.
• Comply with company policies and maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.
• Act as a key point of contact for guests, resolving issues and providing clear information.
• Collaborate closely with the team to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest service, or operational roles.
