We are seeking a confident and capable Store Manager to lead our stores in Barcelona. This position is well suited to an individual with proven experience in retail or luxury fashion, who takes pride in building high-performing teams and creating outstanding customer experiences.
In addition to managing one of our existing or upcoming stores or pop-up locations in Barcelona, you will demonstrate agility as part of the relief management team, stepping in to support other stores when required to ensure seamless operations across the network.
Support the area manager in daily activities by actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategy.
Citizenship or Work Permit is required.
At least 4-5 years experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) preferably in dynamic multinational retail contexts or Fashion Luxury.
Knowledge of the main trade KPIs, confidence in budget management, analysis and daily reports.
Degree (bachelor's or master's degree) preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English.
Strong knowledge of Excel.
