The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a sourcing professional to identify opportunities, evaluate suppliers, and support cross-border buying across TJX divisions. You will gather pricing, monitor availability, and participate in trade shows to assess products for our home offices and stores.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with deep knowledge of brands and manufacturers. Strong communication, relationship-building, and Microsoft Office skills are essential; frequent travel is expected.

Formación

• Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of brands, product categories, and manufacturers.
• Good communication skills to discuss orders with buyers of all TJX Divisions.
• Ability to build relationships, be personable, maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with others.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct ongoing product and market trends research. Identify and assess new market opportunities, competition and product development resources.
• Gather information on availability, pricing, orders status from suppliers.
• Attend trade shows to evaluate products and trends.
• Communicate sourcing opportunities to buyers for evaluation and potential purchase.
• Coordinate buyer trips, scheduling manufacturer visits, and accompany buyers to facilitate the selection and negotiation process.
