Navy Exchange Service Command in Rota, Spain seeks an Asset Protection/Safety Manager to lead loss prevention, safety, and security programs across assigned stores. The role requires strong investigations, safety training, and staff leadership to protect assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

The position oversees CCTV, alarms, and physical security measures, conducts audits, and partners with operations to reduce inventory shrink while maintaining safe working and shopping environments.

Formación

• 3 years experience in admin, investigative, or loss prevention fields.
• 1 year of related academic study above the high school level may substitute for nine months of experience, up to a four year bachelor's degree for three years of general experience.
• 2 years of progressively responsible experience in retail loss prevention including security/investigations and shrink control.

Responsabilidades

• Provides staff assistance to Exchange management for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating loss prevention programs (safety, security, operational reviews).
• Manage and conduct internal/external theft investigations and ensure reports meet standards.
• Serve as collateral duty Safety Manager to administer safety and health programs and training.
• Hire, train, mentor, and supervise loss prevention/safety staff and enforce policies.
• Conduct operational reviews monthly; support audits of cash offices, safety, and related areas.
