Job summary

AWWG is seeking a Retail Merchandising Intern to support the Pepe Jeans Outlets Europe Product Merchandising team. You will contribute to data analysis, stock management and commercial coordination, aiming to maximize turnover and sales while gaining hands-on experience in retail.

Key tasks include assisting in buying, assortment planning, stock depth, allocation, and reporting. You will work closely with store teams and cross‑functionally with Visual Merchandising, Operations and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and high level English required.
• Strong numerical and data analysis abilities.
• Experience with Excel and SAP MM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support in data analysis and stock management for EU outlets.
• Assist in collection buying, assortment planning and stock depth.
• Collaborate on allocation, replenishment and inter-store transfers.
• Analyze sales data, turnover, stock cover and KPIs per store.
• Support launches, promotions and cross-functional communication.

As a Retail Merchandising Intern you will support the Pepe Jeans Outlets Europe Product Merchandising team in data analysis, stock management, and commercial coordination, contributing to maximizing product turnover and sales while gaining hands‑on experience in the retail sector.

Main responsibilities:

• Retail Strategy: Support Product Merchandisers in executing the channel strategy by store, market, and category.
• Buying: Assist in collection buying, assortment planning, and stock depth according to store type, tailoring the offer to local needs.
• Operational Stock Management: Collaborate in allocation, product replenishment, and inter-store transfer coordination.
• Analysis & Reporting: Support in analyzing sales data, turnover, stock cover, and commercial KPIs per point of sale.
• Performance Tracking: Help identify improvement opportunities in sell-through and support commercial actions (merchandise adjustments, promotions).
• Launches: Support the operational execution and coordination of collection launches in physical stores.
• Support & Communication: Maintain fluid communication with store teams and collaborate cross-functionally with Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Logistics.

Job competences:

• Fluent in Spanish
• High level of English (B2/C1)
• Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel high level required), MS Excel (proficiency level), SAP MM module.
