lululemon Athletica is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, share product education, and authentically communicate our community and culture.

You will move dynamically on the floor, support store operations, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the luxury store

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and comply with local requirements as applicable (EMEA).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience, valuing guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized solutions and support for purchases and returns.
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits of products.
• Facilitate a seamless guest experience with accurate transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take action and improve.
