A leading international retail design firm based in Barcelona seeks an experienced visual merchandising professional to design and implement high-quality in-store assets. You will focus on both creative development and operational execution across various brands. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in design with 5 years of experience in the retail sector. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
If you have a passion for visual merchandising and in-store design, we have an exciting new opportunity to join our international retail design & VM for the lifestyle division based in Barcelona. The division includes celebrity & fashion brands, such as Banderas, United Colors of Benetton, Adolfo Dominguez, Shakira, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada and Victorio&Lucchino.
In this creative and dynamic role, your mission will be to design and implement high quality in-store assets and to achieve excellence at the point of sale across a variety of brands.
The role focuses both on the creative development process, creating new concept designs, as well as, an operational side, executing the implementation of these concepts globally on our key markets.
A high level of creativity and strong aesthetic taste.
A great knowledge of new instore trends & new consumer needs.
University Degree in design, arts, interior design, architect, or a related subject.
5 years’ experience in retail visual merchandising ideally in a related sector.
Fluent English & Spanish are essential.
Advanced skills in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Manage a 3D rendering software such as Sketch Up, Cinema 4D or Rhino is a plus.
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
