• Shows strong analytical capabilities in financial modelling and reporting.
• Ability to develop and interpret asset-level business plans and budgets.
• Proficiency with Excel-based models, scenario analysis, and KPI tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Support asset managers in developing and updating asset-level business plans.
• Monitor operating and financial performance vs plan and prepare variance analysis.
• Maintain asset and deal financial models including cash flow, debt, and scenarios.
• Prepare recurring reporting packs for internal committees and investors.
