Guess Europe Sagl is seeking a skilled Retail Business Analyst to support stakeholders in Retail Planning & Allocation by delivering analyses, insights and actionable recommendations to drive data-driven decisions.

In collaboration with the Markdown and Technologies teams, you will analyze sales trends, identify underperforming items, simulate markdown strategies, and help optimise pricing, margin and inventory through AI-powered tools.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (PowerBI, Strategy).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
• Ability to mine data and create ad hoc reports and automations.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Retail Business Analyst team to identify data gaps and opportunities.
• Provide KPIs, analyses and insights to support decisions.
• Review and optimize reports for evolving market needs.
• Drive efficiency through automation in processes and analysis.
• Support markdown strategies and discount decisions with data and simulations.
• Collaborate with Technologies teams to ensure data quality and suitable tooling.
• Contribute to markdown timing and depth using AI-enabled tools.
• Analyze sell‑through, margins and inventory to maximise performance.
