Nikki Beach Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Lucia Marbella to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the brand's luxury standards. You will oversee front-of-house, drive guest satisfaction, and collaborate with Sales, Events and Reservations teams.

The ideal candidate has upscale restaurant leadership, strong commercial awareness, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to coach a high-performing team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including floor plans, seating arrangements, and reservations.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure coverage throughout all services.
• Coordinate with Sales, Events, and Reservations for private dining experiences and events.
• Drive upselling initiatives and maximize daily revenue opportunities.
• Conduct daily briefings and regular performance evaluations.
• Ensure grooming, hygiene, health & safety and service standards.
• Monitor service quality and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the team.
• Maintain effective communication with kitchen, purchasing, HR, and finance departments.
• Plan and execute special events in collaboration with other departments.
• Welcome VIP and returning guests and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Deliver a consistent guest experience aligned with the Lucia and Nikki Beach brands.
• Manage restaurant inventory, equipment, and operational requirements.
• Ensure staff have excellent knowledge of menus, promotions, beverages, and service standards.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and efficient restaurant environment.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate key business updates to the General Manager.
• Monitor operational costs and contribute to achieving departmental financial targets.

Position Overview

As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the daily operations of Lucia Marbella, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and service that reflects the brand's luxury hospitality standards. You will oversee all front-of-house operations, driving guest satisfaction, team development, operational excellence, and commercial performance while creating unforgettable dining experiences.

• Prepare staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage throughout all services.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Events, and Reservations teams for private dining experiences, events, and activations.
• Drive upselling initiatives and maximize daily revenue opportunities.
• Conduct daily briefings and regular performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with grooming, hygiene, health & safety, and service standards.
• Monitor service quality and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the team.
• Maintain effective communication with the kitchen, purchasing, HR, and finance departments.
