You will ensure excellent service and compliance from the start of the reservation process to confirmation. Role and Responsibilities
  • Report to the Supervisor of Central Reservation Office and ensure compliance with reservation service across direct and indirect channels, from reservation request until confirmation.
  • Provide information about hotels, products and services offered.
  • Carry out upselling and cross‑selling actions, actively contributing to revenue increase.
  • Exceed customer expectations and guarantee excellent service.
  • Be available to perform full‑time face‑to‑face functions.
Qualifications
  • Flexibility, proactivity and a goal‑oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Schedules flexibility.
  • Training in Hospitality, Tourism or similar (preferential factor).
  • Sales skills (experience in reservation management or in the commercial area valued).
  • Experience in customer service (preferential factor).
  • Knowledge of Italian is a must.
  • Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Internet, Database, etc.>
