Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria del Principado de Asturias is seeking a researcher to perform molecular biology techniques, cell culture, and animal handling in a dynamic biomedical environment. The role includes bioinformatics analyses and biostatistics to support project outcomes.

The candidate will work in a collaborative setting, contributing to advanced -omics and REDOX biology studies, under a fixed-term contract. 37.5 hours per week in Spain.

Formación

• Experience with DNA/RNA extraction, RT-qPCR and genotyping.
• Cell and tissue culture methods.
• Handling of laboratory animals.
• Biostatistical and bioinformatics analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Perform molecular biology techniques including DNA/RNA extraction, RT and real-time PCR.
• Culture cells and tissues as required by experiments.
• Handle and care for laboratory animals per protocols.
• Conduct biostatistical and bioinformatic analyses of study data.
