Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona is seeking a Senior Research Support Technician in Barcelona to join a Horizon Europe project team. You will support research management and statistical data analysis, using R and QGIS to model epidemiological risk and multivariate relationships.

Fluency in English is required, and a strong background in data analysis is essential. The position is a full-time, on-site role with a structured selection process and a focus on scientific rigor and collaboration

Formación

• Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or official Master’s). A degree in Applied Statistics and/or postgraduate studies related to data modeling will be valued.
• Knowledge of epidemiological analysis software such as R and QGIS.
• English Language.
• Previous experience in data analysis and epidemiology (risk analysis and multivariate analysis).

Annual gross remuneration of €39.628,80

Eligibility criteria

• - Work experience in data analysis – 25 points
  >5 years: 25, 2–5 years: up to 24, <2 years: up to 10
• - Experience in epidemiology (risk analysis) – 25 points
  >5 years: 25, 2–5 years: up to 24, <2 years: up to 10
• Personal interview: 15 points

A single curricular phase and if necessary, a second interview phase
