PURPOSE OF CONTRACT:
Research support technician
Collaborator on activities related to the project/agreement stated.
JOB LOCATION AND SCHEDULE: CITENI, monday to friday from 10h00 to 13h30
Tasks to be performed
The support tasks to be performed will focus on the analysis of R3B experiments to study unbound states of light nuclei.
Academic qualifications: applicants must hold a master’s degree in Physics, level Meces 3, preferably in Particle and Nuclear Physics.
Experience in scientific programming and the development of tools for data analysis in physics. 10 points per three-month period, up to a maximum of 20 points.
Experience in the analysis of experimental or simulated data in nuclear or particle physics. 10 points per three-month period, up to a maximum of 20 points.
Experience in the development or use of numerical simulations of physical processes, including model comparisons or the assessment of their uncertainties. 6 points per three-month period, up to a maximum of 15 points.
Holding a university master’s degree in Physics with a specialization in Nuclear or Particle Physics and an average grade of at least 8.5 out of 10.
Points will be awarded according to the average grade, up to a maximum of 25 points.
If several candidates score more than 60 points in the assessment of the above merits, each of them will be interviewed.
The interview will be worth a maximum of 20 points. Minimum score for inclusion on the waiting list: 60 points.
