Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services seeks a detail-oriented Administrative Lab Support professional to assist in organizing, composing, and producing letters and reports, and to help with data entry, filing, and quality checks.

You will proofread documents, develop PowerPoint training materials, assemble client binders, and maintain laboratory records. The role involves collaboration across Kitting, Logistics, and Project Management in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or working toward one.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong attention to detail and writing/editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing, composing, and producing letters and reports.
• Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, format, and punctuation.
• Assist in developing training presentations using PowerPoint.
• Create professional binders for clients.
• Data entry, filing, and quality check reviews.
• Support in laboratory operations and record management.
• Maintain laboratory infrastructure and safety standards.
• Coordinate with external service providers for equipment maintenance.
• Assemble kits and work with lab teams (Kitting, Logistics, PM).
• Track kits and inventory; maintain global laboratory records.
• Assist with general administrative responsibilities.
• Mentor junior Research Associates.

• Assist in organizing, composing, and producing professional letters and reports
• Proofread documents ensuring grammar, spelling, format, and punctuation are correct
• Assist in developing training presentations using PowerPoint
• Create professional binders for distribution to clients
• Assist in data entry, filing, and quality check reviews
• Provide support in laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures for specimen handling, processing, test execution, result documentation, and record management.
• Assist in the maintenance of laboratory infrastructure and equipment, contributing to the upkeep of a safe, clean, and fully functional working environment.
• Coordinate with external service providers, including accompanying vendors and contractors during equipment repairs, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to internal protocols and safety standards.
• Assemble kits individually or as part of a team according to the lab kit specifications
• Work directly with multiple members of the lab team including Kitting, Logistics, and Project Management
• Assist in tracking of kits and inventory management as requested
• Maintain detailed and accurate global laboratory records and documentation
• Assist with administrative responsibilities
• Mentor less tenured Research Associates and act as a resource

• Assist in developing training presentations using PowerPoint

• Provide support in laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures for specimen handling, processing, test execution, result documentation, and record management.
