Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is seeking a lab support professional in Spain to manage sample receipt, storage, and tracking, and to enter data into LIMS with high accuracy. The role requires English fluency and an associate degree or equivalent experience, plus experience in a laboratory setting.

You will perform sample processing, equipment maintenance, and help ensure CAP compliance, contributing to the development of life-changing therapies.

• Associate degree, technical certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform receipt, handling, storage, retrieval, disposition and tracking of samples.
• Enter associated sample data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and ensure accuracy.
• Pull required samples for organization and shipping of samples and/or kit materials.
• Maintain compliance with CAP requirements.
• Collect, file, and review supporting documentation including maintenance records, SOPs, training records, deviations, etc.
• Perform ongoing daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual equipment maintenance.
• Sample processing duties (aliquoting, relabeling, PBMC processing, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.
