Institut Català de Nanociència i Nanotecnologia (ICN2) in Bellaterra (Barcelona) invites applications for a Research assistant in Advanced Electronic Materials And Devices. The role focuses on developing large-scale flexible graphene-based technology, including growth, transfer to transparent substrates, and integration with other thin film materials.

The candidate will perform advanced morphological and electrical characterization, and contribute to device-oriented research funded by the EU

Formación

• Master in Materials Science, Nanotechnology, or equivalent degree.
• Experience in 2D materials synthesis and thin film tech.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Grow graphene on flexible substrates and transfer.
• Develop thin film technology and integrate materials.
• Characterize materials with Raman, AFM and electrical tests.
