How you will shape Prophero:
  • Coordinate operations with external property managers (monitoring incidents, maintenance, occupancy, etc.).
  • Planning and monitoring of extraordinary activities as Project Manager.
  • Management of relationships with suppliers, tenants, and clients.
  • Oversee compliance with established KPIs and SLAs.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and process automation.
  • Identify operational deviations and propose agile solutions.
  • Act as the company’s main point of contact for external teams, maintaining professional and high-standard relationships.
  • Contribute to the development of frameworks and processes that support effective decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and efficiently resolve any challenges that arise.
What you will bring to our team:
  • Previous experience in property management or operational coordination within the real estate sector.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of ticketing systems and operational reporting tools.
  • Proactive and solution‑oriented profile with strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
  • Excellent communication and third‑party management abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
  • Previous experience in companies involved in residential asset management (REITs, investment funds, property management firms) or local real estate agencies.
  • Intermediate level of English, particularly for basic reporting and documentation.
  • Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
