Northland Power Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst in Madrid to support its International Hub in identifying and advancing renewable energy growth opportunities.

You will contribute market research, commercial analysis, financial inputs, and coordination across deal teams to progress investments. You will engage in deal origination, M&A support, and business case development, ensuring alignment with strategy and risk thresholds while coordinating with SP&D, FP&A, and legal teams to drive value

Formación

• Experience in corporate development, investment analysis, M&A, project development, investment banking, or a related role within energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building with internal teams and external advisors.
• Experience working across geographies with a global mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Market & Opportunity Scanning: identify and assess new project opportunities across target geographies and technologies.
• Deal Origination & M&A: support sourcing, evaluation, and materials for acquisitions and partnerships.
• Offtake & PPA Engagement: assist with PPAs and offtake structures and related pricing assumptions.
• Business Case Development: help prepare investment cases aligned with strategy and risk appetite.
• Project Management & Handover: track progress, manage inputs, and transition opportunities to SP&D.
