Opdenergy seeks an O&M Performance Engineer to support the operational optimization of a portfolio of photovoltaic and wind plants. You will monitor performance KPIs, analyse energy yield and coordinate with local O&M teams and contractors to drive reliability and profitability.

The role requires a strong background in data analytics, SCADA, SQL, Python and Power BI, with English fluency. Hybrid work model and permanent contract offered.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Industrial or Electrical engineering. Master in Renewable Energy is a plus.
• 4–5 years of experience in renewable energy operations, performance engineering or O&M.
• Strong data analytics skills and experience with SCADA and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyse performance KPIs and energy yield across utility-scale assets.
• Perform root cause analysis of incidents and energy losses; propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with local O&M teams, Asset Management and contractors to optimise performance.
• Support budgets, forecasts and performance benchmarking across the portfolio.
