Opdenergy is seeking an O&M Performance Engineer to support the optimization of our international solar and wind portfolio. You will monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and drive data-driven improvements across assets with SCADA and analytics tools.

The role requires 4–5 years in renewable energy operations or O&M, an engineering degree (Industrial/Electrical) and strong analytical skills. Hybrid work, permanent contract and opportunities to grow globally are offered.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Electrical or similar; Master in Renewable Energy valued.
• 4–5 years in renewable energy operations, performance engineering or O&M.
• Experience with data analytics, automation and digital performance tools is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and optimize performance of utility-scale assets using SCADA data.
• Analyze KPIs such as PR, Availability, Specific Yield, MTTR and MTBF.
• Lead root cause analyses and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with local O&M teams and contractors to boost reliability.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for management.
