Opdenergy is seeking an O&M Performance Engineer to optimize a diverse portfolio of photovoltaic and wind assets. You will monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and coordinate with O&M teams and contractors to drive reliability and energy yield.

The role requires 4–5 years in renewable energy operations, strong data analytics skills and experience with SCADA systems. Hybrid working model and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Industrial or Electrical fields, plus a Master in Renewable Energy preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in renewable energy operations, performance engineering, or O&M.
• Experience with data analytics, automation and digital performance tools is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of utility-scale PV plants; wind assets a plus.
• Experience with SCADA systems and energy monitoring platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyse performance of utility-scale renewable assets for maximum availability and energy yield.
• Track KPIs like PR, Availability, Specific Yield, Curtailment, MTTR, MTBF.
• Identify deviations via SCADA data and data analytics tools; propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with O&M teams, Asset Management and contractors to improve performance.
• Prepare technical reports and monthly performance presentations for management.
