Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HRIS systems. You will ensure reliability, data integrity, security, and process efficiency while maximizing Workday value across regions.

The role involves managing Workday configuration across applications, supporting releases, reporting, integrations, and system enhancements. You will collaborate with HRIS, HR, IT, Total Rewards, vendors, and business teams on

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
More than 3 years of HRIS or technical systems experience, including hands-on Workday configuration and support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas, including business processes, security, reporting, data integrity, releases, and integrations, is strongly preferred.
Experience working with third-party vendors and collaborating with international, cross-functional teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and other Colleague Resources systems.
Manage Workday configuration across applications and support releases, reporting, integrations, and enhancements.
Investigate technical and functional issues and identify root causes with sustainable solutions.
Support data quality, audits, and HRIS documentation and training materials.
Participate in testing activities including unit and user acceptance testing for new functionality.
Coordinate with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and external vendors to translate business needs into system designs.
