Job summary

Thoth Ai is seeking a Work and Family Life Specialist (Remote) to provide one-on-one consultations and group workshops across FFSP program areas, with global reach and remote delivery. The role requires coordinating virtual services, disaster response, and shipboard support, while ensuring accurate documentation and data entry.

Candidates should be prepared for international travel up to 50% and up to six months of in-person deployment, using MS Office and AV setup to facilitate training across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social science or related field, or 4 years' equivalent experience.
• Experience presenting and facilitating training for groups in person and online.
• Experience using digital technology to facilitate virtual training.
• Knowledge of FFSP programs: Deployment & Mobilization, Ombudsman, Relocation, Life Skills, Transition, Family Employment Readiness.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to set up AV equipment while traveling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual workshops for service members and families.
• Provide one-on-one consultations across Work and Family Life areas.
• Provide location-specific information and referral services, in-person or virtual.
• Support disaster preparedness or crisis response worldwide.
• Provide in-person support aboard Navy ships for events and R&R.
• Enter information into the government system of record.
• Utilize collaboration and video tools to deliver virtual services.
• Cross-train and support other FFSP program areas.
