You will collaborate across engineering, marketing, and sales, translating insights into actionable requirements and driving successful product releases in a hybrid work setup with in-office collaboration in Zaragoza.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in product management, preferably software/tech.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Hybrid work environment experience with multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis and business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and specs.
• Prioritize backlog and manage the product roadmap for timely releases.
• Collaborate with engineering throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies and launches.
• Monitor product performance, collect feedback, iterate to improve value.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders, customers, and development teams.
• Champion the product internally and externally, articulating its value proposition.
• Stay updated on industry trends to inform strategy.
