Job summary

Playtomic is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Finance Specialist (Treasury and Reporting) to own group payments across its international entities and help build cash reporting for real-time visibility. This is a hands-on role at the heart of a finance team that is rethinking how it works, using automation and AI to replace manual processes with smart, scalable ones.

You will also have the room to grow into treasury and financial control in a high-growth, technology-driven company.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting, treasury or accounts payable experience in multi-entity or multi-currency setup.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for turning data into reliable reporting.
• Experience executing payments (SEPA, SWIFT, ACH or wires) and using banking portals.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; based in Spain (Madrid a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own the group's payments end-to-end across entities, with robust controls.
• Build weekly cash flow from daily bank reconciliations and tracking deviations.
• Prepare monthly cash flow and inputs for cash reporting to senior management.
• Drive automation of payments, cash and reporting processes using TMS and tooling.
