Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Department Assistant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is reserved for individuals with a minimum physical disability of 33%, in accordance with our commitment to equal opportunity and workplace inclusion.

As a Travel Department Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of our travel coordination team, helping to organize business trips, manage bookings, process travel expenses, and assist with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and expenses.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Support travelers with itinerary changes and travel documentation.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to travel planning.
Requirements
  • Official certification of minimum 33% physical disability.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic travel software tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience in administrative or travel support roles is a plus.
