Dedalus is seeking a Technical Delivery Support Engineer in Malaga, Spain to assist regional delivery teams and ensure seamless deployment of the T4C platform across customer environments. You will troubleshoot deployment, networking and integration issues, support Kubernetes-based deployments, configure virtual machines and operating systems, and develop technical runbooks and guides.

Formación

• Degree in computer science or equivalent discipline.
• 3+ years in technical support, delivery, integration, DevOps or software engineering roles.
• Strong networking concepts: DNS, load balancing, certificates, firewalls, proxies and secure connectivity.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms and system integrations.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and containerised applications.
• Experience working with Linux-based systems.
• Experience analysing logs and monitoring application health using monitoring and observability tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation practices.
• Troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills in English

Responsabilidades

• Support regional delivery teams during implementation, deployment, configuration, and rollout of the T4C platform.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting deployment, infrastructure, networking and integration-related issues.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve deployment, application, connectivity, API and data flow issues across customer environments.
• Support Kubernetes-based deployments and assist with management of application components running in containerised environments.
• Assist in the configuration and maintenance of virtual machines, operating systems and infrastructure components required for T4C deployments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, runbooks and troubleshooting procedures.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to regional delivery teams and implementation partners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across deployment, support and integration processes.
