Formación

  • Proven experience of BB SaaS customer success or technical account management.
  • Deep hands-on experience with advanced Linux administration.
  • Experience with automation tools like Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible.
  • Understanding of network and security protocols.
  • Experience in managing and troubleshooting complex distributed applications.
  • Familiarity with VMWare networking and VSphere.
  • Proficiency in English and German, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

  • Main focal point for all Guardicore related issues from the customer perspective.
  • Assist with deployments, expansions, and transitions of the Guardicore platform.
  • Provide best practice guidance by recommending policies and features.
  • Aggregate support issues and coordinate with technical teams and the customer.
  • Raise product-related issues for Guardicore’s Product team.
