10x Team is seeking a Freelance Infrastructure Optimization Specialist - AI Trainer based in the EU or UK. This flexible, remote role offers 8–20 hours per week to help review, validate, and improve AI-driven infrastructure recommendations and deployment scenarios.

You will leverage deep experience in systems architecture and automation to provide practical examples, risk assessments, and actionable feedback that sharpen AI outputs for real‑world operations.

Qualifications

• Experienced IT infrastructure specialist with a track record of optimizing and scaling complex systems.
• Based in the EU or UK and able to work remotely on a freelance basis.
• Demonstrated expertise in modern infrastructure strategies, automation, and operational excellence.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
• Available 8–20 hours per week with reliable communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI-generated content on infrastructure optimization, systems architecture, and deployment strategies.
• Assess the technical accuracy, efficiency, and operational viability of AI-driven infrastructure scenarios and recommendations.
• Develop practical examples, use cases, and risk assessments drawing from your infrastructure experience.
• Create scenario variations for different roles in infrastructure—engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or flawed assumptions in AI outputs and provide detailed, actionable feedback.
• Directly impact how AI understands and reasons about infrastructure optimization and operations challenges.
