Job summary

Synthires seeks a STEM Expert (MSc/PhD) for remote, contract work. You will tackle challenging scientific problems, perform data analysis, and validate AI-generated solutions using Python-based workflows.

Candidates bring deep expertise in at least one STEM field, strong problem-solving, and experience with coding agents in technical pipelines. Part-time, ~15 hours/week, immediate availability.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in at least one STEM field (e.g., chemistry, biology, math, physics, geoscience, environmental science, or robotics).
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language.
• Experience using coding agents in technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex scientific, mathematical, and technical problems.
• Review AI-generated solutions for accuracy.
• Identify incorrect assumptions, reasoning errors, and overlooked constraints.
• Use Python or other languages for calculations, simulations, and validation.
• Provide rigorous, technically accurate solutions and feedback.
