Job summary

Synthires is seeking a highly analytical contractor to contribute to AI training through scientific problem solving and Python-based workflows. Applicants should have deep expertise in at least one STEM field and experience applying coding agents in technical workflows.

This part-time, remote role offers ~15 hours per week with flexible scheduling and immediate onboarding for first task within 24–48 hours. Compensation is hourly and performance-based.

Qualifications

• Expertise in at least one STEM field (e.g., chemistry, biology, math, physics, geoscience, environmental science, robotics).
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language.
• Strong scientific or quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Experience using coding agents in technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex scientific, mathematical, and technical problems within your area of expertise.
• Review AI-generated solutions for scientific, mathematical, and factual accuracy.
• Identify incorrect assumptions, reasoning errors, and overlooked constraints.
• Use Python or other programming languages for calculations, simulations, and validation.
• Provide rigorous, technically accurate solutions and feedback.
