Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Spanish Localization Specialist for AI training to evaluate and improve Spanish-language content used to train AI systems. Your insights will influence how AI understands, generates, and communicates across Spanish-speaking audiences.

Remote, hourly contract, 10–40 hours per week. You will review content for tone, regional usage, and cultural nuance, provide structured feedback, and work asynchronously on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
• Strong written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Deep understanding of regional Spanish variants and how they differ.
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality across diverse content types.
• Attention to detail and consistency.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated Spanish content for tone, register, and regional relevance.
• Identify localization issues involving idioms, regional usage, formality, and cultural nuance.
• Suggest culturally appropriate alternatives to improve naturalness and authenticity.
• Flag mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, and register mismatches.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve overall localization quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
