• Fluent in Spanish (C1) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in a BPO or related service environment is a plus.
• Military background accepted considered as equivalent experience.

• Become an expert on Facebook products, community standards, and policies.
• Make balanced decisions and advocate for users.

• Analyze data trends to recommend workflow enhancements.
