Job summary

You will coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets, define scope, timelines, and resources, and facilitate agile ceremonies. Fluency in Spanish and English is needed. Remote work allows collaboration with teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within software development.
• Proven experience managing projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting and collaborate with distributed teams.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budget.
• Coordinate activities among development teams, QA, and other stakeholders.
