This role, which can be performed fully remotely, involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various legal agreements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract standards. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in the CRO/healthcare field and possess strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a CRO/healthcare field, including drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements.
• Experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
• Strong business judgment and proactive work style.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft, and negotiate various legal agreements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and contracting standards.
• Track and report site contract metrics.
• Assist with contract file maintenance and policy implementation.
