Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to join our European team. The role focuses on reviewing, drafting, negotiating and tracking site contracts, CTAs, vendor agreements, and confidentiality agreements to support clinical study timelines.

The position can be fully remote from Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Serbia, Romania or Hungary. You will work with Clinical Operations and study teams, manage contract files, and establish site contract metrics while ensuring compliance with

Formación

• Graduate or postgraduate degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating site CTAs, vendor contracts and budgets.
• Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft and negotiate site contracts, CTAs, vendor and confidentiality agreements.
• Coordinate with study teams to resolve contractual issues and meet timelines.
• Maintain contract files and databases; manage archiving.
• Establish, track and report site contract metrics.
• Design and implement policies to accelerate contract execution.
