Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to join our European team. The role supports remote work from Spain, Poland, Slovakia, Serbia, Romania or Hungary and focuses on reviewing, drafting, negotiating and tracking site contracts and related agreements.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in CRO/healthcare contract work, strong communication skills and experience coordinating with study teams and sponsors to meet study timelines.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating site clinical trial agreements, vendor contracts and related budgets.
• Experience in a CRO/healthcare field.
• Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsor.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including site contracts and other client contracts.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve/escalate contractual issues and ensure adherence to contracting standards.
• Update study teams on contract status and execution progress.
• Establish, track, report and manage site contract metrics.
• Maintain contract files and databases and assist with archiving.
