Medpace in Madrid, Spain is seeking a full-time Clinical Trial Site Relationship Coordinator to join our Clinical Operations team. You will work on pre-award and post-award studies, building and maintaining site networks, and shaping feasibility strategies in Spain.

Ideal candidates have clinical research experience or CRA background, strong English/Spanish communication, and solid organization and collaboration skills. The role offers growth within a global CRO environment.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in health-related field required.
• Minimum 1 year site and clinical trials experience.
• CRA experience is an asset.
• GCP knowledge and drug development familiarity preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English and Spanish skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing site support and discuss future opportunities and feasibility.
• Develop plans for site contact and follow-up.
• Support feasibility, site selection and study start-up processes.
• Serve as site relations partner and maintain relationships within the country.
• Conduct feasibility activities and site intelligence research.
• Escalate site-related issues through the study life cycle.
