US Signal is seeking a Sr. Help Desk Analyst to join our team and support employees across PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals. You will work with System Administrators on AD, Exchange, and backup systems while prioritizing customer service and quality resolutions.

This position can be performed in an office or home office, with competitive benefits including PTO, health coverage, a 401(k), and life insurance. A salary range of $63,000 to $85,000 is offered, plus a potential annual bonus.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience configuring and supporting MS applications, including Windows, Office, Outlook, antivirus, backup software, and vendor tools.
• Experience with desktop imaging, inventory, and reporting tools.
• Experience supporting file servers and printers in a Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure.
• Understanding of networking and security technologies (Ethernet, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN).
• Strong problem solving, strategic thinking, and customer-focused mindset.

Mansioni

• Provide end-user support via phone, email, and ticketing system for PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals; act as escalation point for Help Desk Analysts.
• Manage user administration in Active Directory, VPN, Microsoft 365, and Exchange.
• Configure and deploy laptops for new hires; manage cell plans and devices; onboard new employees to core IT systems.
• Collaborate with System Administrators to resolve advanced issues and support enterprise apps.
• Maintain inventory and asset-tracking systems; handle shipments and receiving.
