MindMatch is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Valencia, Spain, to lead end-to-end ML and advanced analytics initiatives. You will work across the full data science lifecycle, from exploration to deployment, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to drive measurable value.

The role emphasizes traditional ML over generative AI and requires fluency in English and Spanish. Youll design scalable ML pipelines, analyze large datasets, and translate insights into actionable business

Formación

• Strong experience in Machine Learning and statistical modelling.
• Proven expertise in forecasting, optimisation, clustering, regression, recommendation systems, and other advanced analytics techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics solutions.
• Explore, prepare, and analyse large-scale datasets to uncover insights and business opportunities.
• Build and optimize models including forecasting, optimisation, clustering, regression, and recommendation solutions.
• Design and implement scalable ML pipelines, including deployment, monitoring, and performance tracking in production environments.
• Evaluate model performance through robust validation, testing, explainability, and model selection techniques.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure analytical solutions address real-world challenges and deliver measurable value.
