• At least 4 years of experience in data or business analytics - commercial, sales, or finance in iGaming domain.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, and optimizations.
• Fluent in Tableau (or similar tools).
• Ability to interpret data meaningfully.
• Good communication skills for explaining insights.

• Rebuild and own the Commercial reporting stack.
• Translate noise into insight and spot revenue leaks.
• Present findings to leadership to impact business decisions.
